How To Celebrate Halloween With Kids In 2020?

The best part about Halloween has got to be dressing up in costumes and all the candies neighbours give during trick-or-treating. But this year might be slightly different. Parents, you might be sceptic about sending your little ones out this year for obvious reasons but that doesn’t mean that Halloween can’t be fun. From baking and decorating spooky ghost cupcakes and carving pumpkins to a Halloween party with limited number of people and Halloween craft ideas, there are so many activities to indulge in to make this day full of fun!

Here are 5 ways you can make this Halloween fun with your kids:

1. CANDY WREATH

Decorate your entrance with a candy wreath this Halloween! Get the kids to select the candies and the parents or adults can take care of glue. Add a ribbon for the final touch!

Whoever carves the best pumpkin, wins the competition! The winner gets the entire candy wreath!

It’s extremely easy to make slime these days! Check out the recipe on the internet. If you’re going for a pumpkin-themed slime then you’ll need to add some orange colour to it!

4. HALLOWEEN THEMED TIC-TAC-TOE WITH ZOMBIE ROCKS

Collect a bunch of pebbles and rocks from the garden and paint them in the colour you want! Some scary one-eyed monsters and some two-eyed monsters. Divide the rocks into two halves for two teams and play tic-tac-toe with those monster rocks!

Get some old soda bottles from the kitchen and wrap all of them with some tissue. You can also add some button eyes on them if you like! Set them in the garden or a spacious area and try to roll a strike with Cosco balls!

1. BATS 

These bats can give their room a temp Halloween vibe by decorating them on their walls, windows or frames! To make these all you need to do is trace these shapes on a black chart paper and cut them out with a pair of scissors. Stick the eyes and fangs as shown in the picture! That’s it, that’s all that’s required!

3. CANDLES

These floating ghosts require a stool, a white sheet, a pair of scissors, some glue and some black chart paper! All that’s required of you is to cut oval shapes in eyes and stick these black chart paper to give a ghost effect! Turn the stool upside down and place a bowl full of candies!
