1. Strawberry Creme Parfait

Parfaits are cold deserts which generally have dairy and some fruit along with some seeds and nuts in them. They’re packed with healthy proteins because of the granola and seeds added in them and there’s a variety of recipes out there that you can try, whether it’s mango or blueberry or kiwi and bananas! They’re great for breakfasts or mid-meal snack.

2. Mug Pizza

Craving pizzas but you don’t have the bread at home or are too lazy to make it yourself? You’ve got to try mug pizzas! All you have to do is stuff some veggies and meat of your choice, some mozzarella and cheddar and some Italian seasoning. Mix these ingredients and pop them in the microwave for a few minutes! And ta-daa! There’s a mug pizza right there.

These melt-in-your-mouth cookies just has three readily-available ingredients in them! You can make a full bowl of the dough and store it in the freezer. Keep baking them in batches as and when you’re craving them and add these cookies to your kids tiffin box too!

8. Nutella Waffles

Whatever the situation may be, good or bad, there’s nothing Nutella waffles cannot fix. The moment you take a bite, everything fades away and you’re in heaven! Plus, all you have to do it just mix some ingredients together and put them in the waffle iron and top it with as much Nutella as you want. The more the better! Lots of children are extremely fussy about what there food. And let’s not forget what a mother has to do to feed their kid the right food so that their kids get all the necessary vitamins!

All that needs to be done is cut the apple in round slices and use a frosting nozzle to make these holes in them. Top it with greek yogurt or flavoured yogurt and top it with some diced kiwis or sliced strawberries!


10. Baked Carrot Fries

This one is another delicious snack you can try at home for your kids or for yourself if you’re trying to eat healthy! It’s a great replacement for those deep-fried french fries!

Just mix any seasoning you have at home with some bread crumbs and a teaspoon of oil. Chuck them in the air fryer or fry them, it’s totally up to you! You can also do the same with potatoes and corn too!
